7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within this window.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
  • The product should be in the same condition as received, with all tags and seals intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Please include the original invoice or order confirmation with your return

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately
  • Share a photo of the damaged item via WhatsApp or email for quick verification
  • We will arrange a full replacement or complete refund at no extra cost to you
  • Replacement products are dispatched within 24 hours of verification

How to Initiate a Return

  • WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number and reason for return
  • Or email us at hello@amyrafarms.in with the subject line "Return Request — [Order Number]"
  • Our team will respond within 12 hours with return instructions
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
  • The refund is credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet)
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — we will collect your bank details securely
  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email once the refund is initiated

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. This includes coffee (beans or ground), ghee, honey, tea, spices, and turmeric that have been unsealed. If you have a quality concern with an opened product, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for all products, subject to stock availability
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded
