RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is not up to our quality standards, you may initiate a return within this window.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened food products (coffee, ghee, honey, tea, spices, turmeric) for hygiene and food safety reasons
  • Perishable items that have been unsealed
  • Subscription deliveries (contact us for subscription-specific issues)

HOW TO RETURN

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7795 938 387 with your order number and photos of the issue
  • Or email farm@amyrafarms.com with subject "Return Request — [Order Number]"
  • Our team will respond within 12 hours with return instructions
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
  • The refund is credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet)
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email once the refund is initiated

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are available for all eligible products, subject to stock availability. No extra shipping charges for exchanges. If the exchange item is of a different value, the difference is adjusted accordingly.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we offer a full replacement or refund. Please share photos of the damaged package and product within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email for quick verification.

CANCELLATION

  • Before dispatch: full refund processed within 2-3 business days
  • After dispatch: return policy applies — you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received
