The story
How it's
actually made.
Hand-pollinated on our Estate Arte in Chikmagalur — vanilla flowers only open for a few hours, so every bloom is fertilised manually with a bamboo pick. The pods are cured for 6 months: sweating, sun-drying, conditioning, until the aromatic compounds fully develop.
