“Amyra Farms”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Amyra Farms brand, which grows and sells single-origin coffee, chai, ghee and spices from estates in the Western Ghats, India. You can reach us any time at farm@amyrafarms.in.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for activity that happens under it. We use a passwordless email sign-in — keep your email account secure.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST and shipping. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but natural foods vary slightly batch to batch.

• One-time orders are subject to a minimum order value of ₹1,200; subscriptions are exempt.
• Prices, offers and availability can change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
• We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already charged.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials. By paying, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges via UPI Autopay or a card mandate until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you choose and are charged automatically each cycle. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time before the next charge from your account or by emailing us. A cycle that has already been charged will be fulfilled and shipped.

Our products are natural foods. Please check labels for ingredients and allergens, store as directed, and use within the stated shelf life. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult a professional before consuming.

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, the Amyra Farms name and brand marks — belongs to Amyra Farms and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
